Turkey will suck or not depending on how its prepared. Most people bake it and dry it to hell and it tastes like shit and I have to drown it in salsa for it to be edible. We usually do ham+turkey in case the turkey fails.

This. This Thanksgiving, my gf made the most tender, juicy, succulent turkey I've ever had.

My Inlaws make the most delicious Fried Turkey i've ever had. Wonderfully seasoned, and perfectly done.
