Does it work? Do you feel like it has been damaged. I was call them up, complain, and make them ship a new one if I felt that it was in any way compromised.

The actual camera box was not damaged at all, I going to open it see if it works etc, I already called to complain they told me I had 14 days. Problem is if it doesnt work, they are sold out so all I would get would be a refund. And I would be out a camera for a hell of a price.

Sorry that was my fault 😛 JK. Staples.com does do a pretty crappy job with packing sometimes, if you call them up they will come and pick it up or you can return to B&M. I have NO IDEA about how you got that price though. PM me some details.
 
Actually from my many experiences, Staples is by far the best of the office supply stores in terms of price and customer service. BY FAR. In fact I special order most of my computer/electronics through them too and always get the lowest prices due to coupons + price match policy =)

Pisses me off now the S410 has a rattle inside and makes a weird noise when zooming in, guess I'm just gonna go the store and exchange it.
