Anyways, when I went in to give it back (should've just got a refund) I found the manager (same one again) and just told him what happened and after sleeping on it my conscience got the best of me. He just said thanks for being honest, you don't get that often. I told him no problem and went on my way.

On Black Friday I purchased one of Staples' High-Back Leather Manager's Chairs for $39.99 (Reg. 129.99) and of course they were out of them. I then placed my order and I assumed they were going to ship it to my house as they did the year before when they were out of the item that I ordered. Well I go in about a week and half later because I couldn't find my receipt and I was freaking out... ended up the Manager gave me a chair with my receipt and said thank you. Um...about a week later I get a phone call during the early part of the week from Staples letting me know that my chair had arrived at the store and it was ready to be picked up, I just said OK, I'll be in shortly. Well what do you know, I bullshitted, of course... the weekend rolls around and I never picked it up and they called me again Sunday to remind me again and I AGAIN bullshitted around and never went. So I ended up going last night, presented my receipt, asked for my chair and they gave it to me, no questions asked. I even dealt with the same manager and the same girl in the Customer Service line.

THANKS STAPLES!! SUCKERS!!

P.S. My roomate decided to buy the chair from me for what I paid for it to give to his father for Christmas!

Sure do. Haven't been here long so I'm new to Heat, but haven't had a problem yet.

And I really don't hate you guys, I'm just using it as a figure of speech. I'm not pissed that you guys don't like dishonesty, I'm pissed that I admitted wrong, corrected my mistake and you guys still don't accept the fact that I can admit my mistake and correct my wrongdoing. I also admitted my dishonesty and let you guys know about it and judge me accordingly.
