They are stronger than AMD right now. Tegra 2 and FERMI revisions are doing strong.

no...I'm pretty sure that ATI finally beat them with their latest roundup. If Nvidia isn't dead, they have to be near bankruptcy.

I'm thinking you read the article recently where ATI was complaining that NVIDIA had said they made the best video card that beats anything ATI makes. ATI then proceeded to prove that NVIDIA had no statistics or benchmarks proving any of that, and had said that they (meaning ATI) had made the best card and had the benchmarks to prove it.

ATI merged with AMD a while back and is referred to by a lot of people as ATI/AMD, but that's really the closest either one of them has come to dying.

PS: I have only owned Nvidia cards since the 9800 pro diver mess. I just don't understand why people get so butt hurt if someone disses Nvidia or ATI or whatever.

Its just a freaking video card.

Fanboys! I used to be an Nvidia fanboy back when I was like 13. I got an ATI card eventually and decided I like ATI a lot. I now have an ATI card and it's not bad at all, however I hate that some of my 3D programs need nvidia hardware to function.

It's insane the amount of hate that can come from owning a certain video card. Not sure what it is but people sure blow it out of proportion.
