Is there any command that will restore all the factory settings on a Cisco PIX-515E firewall, my boss wants me to sell the three we have here...

>clear flashfs
>config t
>clear config all

If I had my Pix book here, I'd tell you. Let me log into my Cisco account and I'll put it up and post it for you.

BTW, looks like you want to use either a clear flashfs or a clear config command.

I have no idea what the specs are on these nor do I know anything about how much my boss wants them for. I'll try my best to talk my boss to selling it to you guys....its the least I can do for all the help I get from you guys ^^.

And if someone can help me post specs, I will let you guys know the specs.

k guys...first off I wanna say thanks to all of AT for always helping when I need...I got a couple pms regarding these as well...my boss wanted $1000 for each, but I talked him into $800 cause $1000 was too much for a used PIX 515E 😉 He told me I can get over $1000 if I tried hard lol...but I told him my job wasn't selling equipment so he agreed at $800.

Not sure if this is a great deal or not...but based on people who replied and bumped the thread...here is the dibs list. One thing though, I don't think I can take paypal for these as they are going to the company and we dont have a paypal account...he also preferred people pick it up from our office rather than ship it...but I think I can assure him I will be dealing with trustworthy people 🙂. Cash or money orders only (maybe paypal...) Must have good heatware.
