do i just pick any lawyer? i don't know the 1st thing about this kinda stuff. the store didn't even take our name or nothing. such incompetence. I had to rush her to the ER myself! it would've killed my kids if they were in the cart!

I was down a ways looking at other pictures. She was walking by them. Nobody touching them..

I can't find witnesses because we left so quickly. the dumbass manager said we open tomorrow @9 so "give'em a call if we need anything"!

After seeing her arm, I completely agree you should sue the FUCK out of them. There's terrible negligence for mirrors and paintings to fall off of a top shelf.

that's what i couldn't believe. they wanted us out it seemed like. they were in total shock. all i could do was think about getting her help. her hand was purple!

Did the store give you their health insurance info? I remember cutting my hand when I worked in a grocery store as a kid, had to go the emergency room and was able to have it all covered directly by the store.

And that's a serious injury your wife got. I hope she recovers quickly.
