Check out this explosion of crazy.

Now I know Conservapedia is well known for their hilariously bad pages on a lot of different things, but Obama's stuck out as a particularly funny one. I really noticed the sadness on this one due to two things:

1.) Conservapedia's motto is 'the trustworthy encyclopedia'.
2.) A fair amount of the insane things in this page have actually been said by people on this board.

The article can't even seem to agree with itself on how it wants to smear Obama. In the beginning it claims he's a muslim, then it goes on to talk about how he's been influenced by Rev. Wright's evil form of Christianity for 20 years, and then during the charity part it starts talking about how he acts like an atheist.

I'm getting awfully confused about what I'm supposed to hate Obama for.

Wow, something else. I think this line kind of summarizes the whole attitude:

Ahh yes, he graduated in the top of his class but there's still something wrong with him because he didn't do this completely unrelated thing. I also like how they blatantly proclaim him as the first Muslim president.

Why is it that anything calling itself "Conservative" seems unable to speak Truth or Facts? We all were kinda put off by Conservapedia due to its' Creationism and other Religious Fundamentalism, but this kind of crap is a whole other level stupid.

They even cite the flagella of a bacterium as "evidence" of intelligent design, despite the fact that this has been debunked by people who actually know something about biology.

Obama hoped to become President when he was sworn in as U.S. Senator in 2004, and did not use a Koran at that time. Subsequently Democratic House member Keith Ellison established the precedent for being sworn in using the Koran, and there is no guarantee that Obama would not do likewise if sworn in as President.

I find this so unbeleivably distorted as to question any thing in this site. and so what if he was sworn in using, say the 'On the Origin of Species'.

I think there's only one poster (Butterbean) who really would buy the whole thing hook, line, and sinker, but more people than you think are really that dumb.

Ah, k. I'll agree to that. Does it really matter though if Obama is Muslim or Christian or an athiest? I honestly don't care what he is It is funny how people just make stuff up though.

I'm on a mailing list for a local firearm dealer. I didn't want to be on it, but about 5% of the emails are pertinant to state laws being formulated. The rest can range from mildly crazy to downright crazy.
