The worst part of them taking 7 days for a 2 day package was that for 5 of the 7 days it was at my delivery center, some reason they kept changing the delivery date.

I have ordered a package on the 8th that was supposed to be here on the 14th.. it is now the 22nd and it's still stuck at Chigago.. grr.. I know this is the busiest time of the year, but come on.. what kind of christmas present is it if it's not delivered ontime?

are you gonna send that pic to customer service at UPS?

Would that do anything?

if it is free to do so, you are losing nothing. the least you can expect is an apology, the best a partial refund on shipping... late and beat up.
:) Won't happen. They'll probably black list you and make sure to get every employee to kick around your packages, vs. just the driver as per normal policy.

Wow. Didnt you give the delivery guy a weird look? I would have been like 'WTF is this'?

When you get a package like that, you usually have the UPS guy just throw the package at the door and leave, or leave it by the door w/o ringing the doorbell. About a month ago I placed a large order with NewEgg, computers for dad's office. Well, an Antec case showed up with the box open, the top was just open, tape was torn and everything. UPS Sucks.

Well usually I have to sign for items from both fedex and UPS. Otherwise they just ring the doorbell and leave it there.

the driver that delivered my tablet didn't even bother getting a signature even though it was required. the tablet was subsequently stolen off of my front porch. i didn't even get a doorbell ring either. it would have taken 5 seconds to ring the doorbell, 5 more for my signature. now i am 3 weeks into waiting and still no replacement tablet. fedex has never given me trouble. it's those imbeciles at UPS that botch things up.
