It all depends on how they're blocking it. If they blocked it in depth, they'll block the IP addresses at the firewall and/or router(s), then use a proxy of some kind to block it there too and maybe even do some application filtering to pick up the rest of it. I doubt they did all that, so that means there's a way around it.
