Thank-you-gift idea for colleague

I had a colleague refer me for a job (unbeknownst to me at the time). They recruited me and I have recently accepted the position. I'm looking to get her some type of a thank you gift, around $100.


She is female, married, and a mother. I'm obviously not going to send flowers or an edible arrangement type gift. She also lives 1500 miles from me, so it has to be something I can order online and have shipped.

What does ATOT suggest?
