Any issues with the 20-seconds on/5 minutes off when you grind coffee? How many tablespoons do you generally go for when you grind and how long does it take?

that's what it says but I run it for a minimum of 80 seconds everyday for the past 2+ years with NO break in between, no issues.

I was pretty :Q when I saw that in the manual too.

I do ~4 "scoops" (aeropress scoops) and that's basically 2x 40sec grinds on the espresso setting.

I've got a Bodum 4-cup press that works really well when I don't feel like being lazy and using a standard Mr.Coffee drip pot. I broke the beaker the first year I had it - I think I cracked it when I stuck it in a drying rack.

I really just need a new grinder. This grinder worked well at first, but the build up of residue inside the grinding area and the impossibility of cleaning it out make me want to replace it.

I think I'll get this one. Is this the same as yours?

Is it easy to clean the grinder? My current grinder has a neck that impedes cleaning the blades and cannot be easily disassembled.

I've never cleaned it :biggrin:

I'll ask my GF and let you know what she says hahaha
