TH7-II with 128Mb or 256Mb RAM?

I just got my new board, 1.6A CPU, and RAM yesterday. I started putting it together this morning only to realize that the company I ordered the stuff from gave me two different types of RAM (I opened them both only to see they were different...guess that's what I get by going on what the store's own product codes say). Both are 256MB RIMM's, but one is a 256Mb based RIMM (with a heatshield on only one side) and the other is a 128Mb based RIMM (with a heatshield on both sides). Now, I need to get a matching RIMM for one of them and send the other back. Which should I ask for when I send the other back? I believe both are supported by the mobo, but which will give better performance?

Thanks,

Mike
