Id like to play at 1024x768 at 75 hz
Do I need to use
seta r_displayrefresh 75 to force 75 hz
With the above settings can I use
seta com_maxfps 125
or should I stick with
seta com_maxfps 75 or try for 77
vsync on or off ?
Finally would Q3 be better at the native res for my monitor
1280x1024 75hz
My eyesight aint good
Will higher or lower res be better for me
