TF2 problem with Data Execution Prevention

I have my windows set to use DEP for all programs and applications. When I exit Team Fortress 2, it gives me a DEP related error message and says the game is closing down. Anyone else experience this problem? Anyone know if Valve intends to fix it?

This happens on all vista x64 computers because dep is on too. Its up to valve to release a fix for this but i doubt its gonna happen.
