I think it's awesome, way better than Honeycomb. It's significantly smoother than honeycomb ever was. When I got my Nexus, I couldn't believe how choppy the interface on my Transformer felt. Now the Transformer feels much smoother, a lot closer to my Nexus. Also the improvements to the notification area are really nice. The task list is better than HC, the browser is better, re-sizable widgets are great, much better support for folders on the desktop, etc. It's awesome.

I like the update to 4.0 so far. It's a lot smoother than 3.2. The only real issue I'm having is the damn thing reboots itself after I use it for a couple hours then put it to sleep. Oh, and Dungeon Hunter 2 HD crashes.

I did have a bit of a problem getting the update to actually flash, because I forgot that I had modified the speaker configuration file, and the update checks the MD5s of the files in /system, so I had to revert to the stock file. I updated from completely stock rooted 3.2, and though it left the su files in place, I had to re-root using the Vipermod tool.

Spoke too soon. Twice now, after leaving my TF alone for a while it has crashed and started to reboot, only to get stuck on the first 'ASUS' screen. I had to hold down the power button for a while to turn it off. I guess I'm going to try a factory refresh when I have time :\

I manually backed up and did the factory reset. Looks like that fixed it.
