I guess you have to have facebook to see it. The film is about 4 minutes, is very graphic, and scared the crap out of me.

While I'm no fan of anything-and-driving, statements like, "this is what the kids need to see" are always sort of irritating. Scary videos aren't going to stop people from distracting themselves while driving and ending up in a wreck.

I guess it doesn't hurt to splash the video all over the place, but really, it isn't going to do squat.

I'm 21 and just a couple of days ago I coordinated a hang-out via text while driving on 95. The trick is not being stupid about it. It went ridiculously slow (about 1 text every 5 minutes), and I was constantly looking between my phone and the road. Some of the most hardcore multitasking I've ever done. Texting in the traditional sense while driving is beyond moronic.

That's way better than the crappy film my high school showed about drunk driving.

Videos like this are good to remind kids that driving is real and its dangerous.

That looks like the other one that was done to show what happens when you don't wear your seat belt. The kid is tossed around the car killing everybody.

This video pounds home what is a high likelyhood if you text and drive. Should be required viewing for anybody before they get their license.
