I'm sure this can easily be fixed by changing a setting in the ATI Control Panel. Anyone know how to fix this?

SPECS:
x800 XT PE -4.11
AMD - FX53
MSI Neo2 Plat
1GB Corsair 3200 xtra low latency

Solution: In the ATI Catalyst Control Center, if you turn off the Direct 3D Setting called "Alternate pixel center".

That will fix the text problem. Anybody know the technical details behind this?
