I want a program that can read text and transform the text to voice, lately I have a lot of things to read and I don't want to be sitting in front my PC all day.

The one that comes with Adobe is not that good and I believe that is the same that comes with Windows. I was wondering if there is something better.

TextAloud is being given away for free today. Looks like there are a couple of other suggestions in the comments as well. I can't vouch for TextAloud or any others as I haven't tried them out.
