I get hundreds of text messages a day from the same sh!tty spammer, it's not on my main cell phone so it's not a huge deal. But it is annoying as all hell. I will get the same message sometimes 2-3 times a minute. My stupid phone (Boost) doesn't seem to have a volume control for sms. So, if i have the ringer on even level 1, it notifies me at max volume which is way too loud. I called Boost CS and they were zero help. I did a google search with the suposive email it's coming from which I know isn't real, but I thought I might see info from others getting this spam too. Which I didn't find any.

I get 300 a day, sometimes more. And don't have a clue how to stop this besides getting my number changed.

That sucks, I hope someone can help you out. I remember getting a new phone at a Cellular One store and the person next to me had a similar problem and they basically told her tough luck. Good luck though.

I will see about changing the #, it's a pre-paid phone I use from time to time so it's not going to kill me if I have to just dump it.

Id be interested in a solution as well. Wish there was a built in system to reject sms or mms from certain callers.

I don't know of any provider that offers that, I was baffled when I did research and found out blocking phone numbers isn't possible either. Stuff like that couldn't be that hard to implement.

I just had this problem with my SprintPCS phone. I called Sprint and they put a block on the incoming code number. Took 5 minutes and problem solved.

Call customer service again. Ask to talk to enough supervisors until you find someone that can help you.
