Texas vs UTEP - Explicit Comment within NSFW

My friends and I were watching the Texas vs UTEP game tonight at my apartment when we noticed something very funny on the screen. UTEP has a stadium that is built into the side of a large hill/small mountain. On this hill, spectators watch the game for free. What we noticed was a couple sitting on the front part of the hill making out. The announcer even circle them as they are mugging down. The scene passes and one of my buddies asks with a smirk, "Was that chick giving that dude a hand job?!" So we rewind the DVR for a second look. Sure enough the chick and dude who were just circled, look as if she is given him a HJ. We can't be certain. If anyone else saw the same thing, or if you recorded it please go back and look at it. Its pretty funny even if that isn't the case because it does look like she is totally posting up on his junk.
