I mean we CAN run out of things to prohibit. And how is this in any way violating someones rights. We have to remember laws are in place to protect out constitutional rights. What right is being breached? I think Law makers should have to do proofs explaing how a right is violated.

Good post Sir

Could use your help in P&N

The Democras are trying to jump on the False Morality Band Wagon that the Sheeple are so enamored and locked in with the Republicans.

Hopefully this strategy works.

Oh look! Another dose of Dave's never ending ignorance.

Dave, Texas Democrats on average are, and always have been very conservative socially. Many are much like the Dixiecrats of old.

Thanks, so there is no hope for the Red States, both Dems and Repugs are the same, gotcha.

Blus States, the few that are left, take note, this is coming your way shortly.

Dave, This has nothing to do with "red state vs blue state" and everything to do with the difference in values between the North and South. The South has ALWAYS been more sexually conservative than the Northeast/west.

You are so wrapped up in your ignorant political hate that you can't see anything else.

Not only that, but you don't even know WHAT it is you really hate, as evidenced by you claiming it was "neocons" who were forcing the removal of crosses from public property AND classifying "neocons" as "Marxists."

You're awfully opinionated for a person who has absolutely no fscking idea what he's talking about.

Nice Dodge and Attack

Take notes up there in the North.

The South rules the Country now and unless you stop voting Republican this madness will not stop.

How does the South rule the country?

How does this law in any way affect those in the North?

What does this have ANYTHING to do with Republicans? It was sponsered, promoted and passed by Democrats.

Again, you show the complete inability to grasp even the most simple facts, much less form any kind of informed opinion on them.

Hahaha...I told you Texas was a bit daft...lol.

;)

They're also the ones promoting abstinence education. Funny, teen pregnancies go up and they blame the cheerleaders, not their niave Jesus-freaky sex ed.

Of course not, but I'm perfectly capable of putting a stop to that and I don't need Texas Christian morality to do it.

You have to wonder about their priorities.
They probably did this to placate their constituencies who equate anything remotely sexual as being evil.

OMGWTFLOL

Well it's quite obvious that high school students have to have SOMETHING pushing them into having sex and/or dropping out
It must be the sexy cheerleading.

It can't be those sciencey whore-moans that the heathen scientists are talk about.

The madness will continue as long as America exists. Whether it be Republican madness, Democratic madness, Whig madness, Populist madness, Federalist madness, Libertarian madness...

It will always be madness.

I always said that cheerleading should be done only by girls 18-25 and they should always be naked and seductively dancing.

I was wondering how long it would take for people to fvck up and call this a Red-Blue argument. Nice to see it was Dave... Again. Logic would tell you this has nothing to do with Red-Blue since 99% of everyone would incorrcetly assume this was a rep. issue. Surprise it's not. Proof either isle can make moronic legislation with regards to morals.

Why don't they just enforce the school's previously estabolished dress codes? I don't think a cheer leader's mini skirt passes. Put them in dress code clothes and the pole dancing will lose it's appeal.

 to the wifey for pointing out this hypocracy. She was called down for dress code violations more than once when her clothes were less revealing than what the cheer leaders were wearing.

I had a better post written up, but lost it due to censored words error eating me previous posts... :(
