Testing refurbished motherboards?

I just bought a refurbished KT3-ULTRA-ARU from newegg, and I'm putting it through its paces.

What do you guys test in a refurbished motherboard? Do you test every single connector and PCI slot, or do you do a baseline test and not worry about every single nitty gritty detail?
