testing my UT server: want to play? (will be up for the week)

I am testing my UT server out (it is just something I am playing with) and would like some opinions.

It is on a cable modem so I don't have a lot of bandwidth so the # of players is limited to 4 (I think: assuming I set it up correctly) for now. If it works well, I will increase the number of players.

let me know and I will post its IP address (port 7777)

I get the same thing: "Connection failed. Package 'de' version mismatch."

I've got the 436 patch and the 4 official bonus packs installed.

edit: cut your de.u file in your ut\system folder. place the file in a different folder and try again. the server will re-send the file, a working one. it worked, im in.

I had that same problem on other servers.

ggs. ty iron woode for supplying the server. ran smooth for me, even though i pinged alright. im in so. cal, so if the server is on the east (if its even in the states), that would account for the ping i suppose.

Thanks for the testing guys! I thinks it works pretty good considering:

1.1 gig Athlon 200 meg bus
384 megs of PC133
PCChips 810LMR motherboard
4.3 gig hard drive
Cable Modem 1.5 meg download 128k upload
