Testing an ATX ps.....

What wires do I jump at the ATX mb connector to turn it on so I can check rail voltages? The ps is not installed.

Pin 14 (green) and any one of the grounds (black), I'm pretty sure.

Yeah, that was it. I'm trying to diagnose a friends Compaq pos. It's not powering up at all. PS's good. I tried jumping the case power button but got nothing. Looks like a bad mb to me. Proprietory crap. Found on on ebay for $35.00 but am thinking that for even that price this K6-2 500mhz. isn't worth it.
