make sure you actually get a spl and tune the sub to reference. many people tend to run there subs way to hot just because they assume bass should be boomy. real bass is clean and ment to be felt.

need some song suggestions.

So far I've run 2 hrs of classical and a little over an hour of trance. Now I'd like some stuff with vocals or if non-vocal must be bass heavy. And yes I realize that it is 1:45am but the next 3 apartments down are empty atm.

Thanks

oh christ, i thought sub=submarine. and i was like this is one thread i need to read

All of the subs I've ever had, I either just cranked em up to begin with, or manually stretched out the suspension as far as it would go a few times (much more effective), and nothing's ever happened (surprise? no.)

This list includes a Pioneer home theatre sub, my own DIY HT sub with a 15" Dayton DVC driver, car subs including a very high end 12" and a pair of Kicker 10L5's.

Looks like someone pissed in your corn flakes this morning. For the past year I have had to constantly ask them not to park in front of my apartment as I have lots of guest and they have 3 free spaces in front of theirs but do they listen, no. I also have the pleasure of waking up and finding their 3 week old news papers piled up in my little section of grass, still in the wrappers. All they do is come out and kick them out of the way. I think it's long past time for a little pay back.

My other sub... 😉
