files that are saved on an archive HDD, any software to test all these files on the HDD and show if any have been corrupted? zip rar 7z files, exe, img, folders, bin, msi...

NO. You'll need separate efforts for types such as exe, img, bin. There are multiple incompatible format or data types that use the exe, img and bin file extension. 7-Zip (latest stable) should be able to handle the zip, rar, 7z, gzip, and many (but not all) .exe. Open 7-Zip File Manager, browse to the location of the files (if all in the same directory), highlight them all and select Test. I don't know if files with errors will be individually described. You'll have to see for yourself.

If you want to do batch testing, 7-Zip has a help file detailing use from command line. The only web source I could find for the 7-zip help documentation was for an ancient version over 10 years old. You can install 7-Zip and use the help file provided by the application.
