Wait a sec:
Hypothesis: this thread does not exist and thus can not be deleted or ignored (because: can you ignore or delete something which does not exist?)

If this thread is deleted then quite few people have hallucinations. Thats OK with me. We can ignore it, and after a while the thread (and the hallucinations) will disappear because we deny their existence.
On the other hand: if one (and only one) person choses not to ignore (and thus delete it from our minds) this thread, will it then come to existance, although it has been deleted?
On the third side (remember, there are always 6 sides to every thing: top-, bottom-, left-, right-, front- and back sides) if we ignore this thread nobody will have to delete it, because everything is an illusion, and an ignored illusion does not exists. Ergo: this thread would not exist.
On the forth side: it still takes only one person to make this illusion real for him, and thus for us, because the denial of the thread will not exist in all.
On the fifth side sits Humpy Dumpty, who definitivly will not accept this thread, because then this thread would be a wall from which he would fall and break his head. Then he is not Humpty Dumpty any more and thus he could not sit on the fifth side and fall.
Now, lastly, on the sixth side: who wants this thread to be deleted? Those who ignore it? No, because they ignore it. Those who do not ignore it? No, because then they would not have this thread to NEF about their ignoring and deleting this thread.

BTW: how many sides has a ball? because I am having a ball just now!

--> In-, Out-, Top-, Bottom-, Left-, Right-, Front- and Back sides

But, wait! That is also valid for a box. But then we have more sides too ...
consider a virtual box: it has all the 8 sides we see (as above) and then there are all the virtual sides (i.e. in the code which generates the box: the pattern).
and then there are the other sides too: you choose one side (never mind which ....!) and I may choose the other, or not.... 🙂

 
Moderators rarely come to the DC forum. The people here are (generally) too well behaved to even bother putting DC on the frequent patrol list. 🙂
