TES: Oblivion Forcing Fullscreen 960 x 600

Is there anyway to force 960 x 600 fullscreen (not windowed) for oblivion? I tried editting the ini file but the game wouldn't start until I put it back to 800 x 600.

Why the hell would you do full screen at such a low resolution on such a big monitor? You should be doing 1280x1024 at least.

His system probably can't handle the full 1920x1200 resolution on the 2405FPW so he's trying to set a lower res 16:10 resolution. Try 1280x800.

Well I'm sort of trying to see if I can get the perfect pixel scaling.

add 960x600 as a custom resolution in your prefrences. Then just hope the game recognises it in game. thats how i got a past game running 1280x 800. And oblivion just had it as a resolution selectable for me.
