Yes I agree. But a human has certain rights and deserves to die with some dignity if capital punishment is given. All those that say they are like animals mean that they should be stripped naked, castrated, kept in a cage, fed animal fodder, raped, killed like animals... Anybody who says this is no better than terrorists.

I disagree, if you stoop to terrorist activities against innocent civilians, blowing up trains, buses etc? then you deserve the same rights and dignity you gave those whom you murdered, absolutely none!

As far as deciding who is a terrorist and who isn't, I can't help finding parallels between Hitler's ideology vis-a-vis Jews and the mentality of this Judge in India trying to define who has what right and said person being 'worse than animals'. What makes this all the more alarming is India's communist past and history of Dalit treatment the latter of which you mention in your post.

there is no parallel. the jews werent raiding hotels and shooting civilians, the jews werent hijacking aircraft, launching missiles into civilian buildings, blowing up sidewalk cafes,cutting off journalist's heads, etc.

No, not raped. I don't know of anyone who would rape a terrorist. Everything else is ok though.
