Just saw a tidbit of news on FoxNews channel, apparently theres a group of Oklahoma victims preparing to sue Iraq charging that they had something to do with the bombing of the Murrah building. When interviewed, a gentleman associated with the group could provide no evidence, or even close to a shred of proof, just kept reiterating his lawyers had all the evidence for his case.

Is it me or does it seem that the "new" bane of our existence seems to be terrorists? Every thing thats bad in our life is all the terrorists fault....

Man I gotta stop watchin the news, the FoxNews chix are Soooo Hot.

Might want to change the channel, can't really count FoxNews as "News."

Hahaha.. Poor terrorists, they are so misunderstood:) Sorry, that sentence just struck me as funny.

I would love to see them prove that McViegh and Hussien were in Cahoots. It should prove interesting. Even if they were to win how do they exepct to collect? Are they going to have a Process Server go to Sadams Door and serve him Papers?

Actually, since before the 1990 Gulf War, The U.S. Still has over 1.3 Billion Dollars worth in assets frozen in its treasury. So technically, before the Iraqi Govt would be allowed to rejoin the League of Nations in the U.N. They would have to settle all debts against peoples whom were afflicted, oppressed or otherwise harmed and had brought suit against the Iraqi regime whilst they were sanctioned. Truth be told, The lawyers are who stand to gain the most from these suits. Frivolous or not, if they win, they will get paid...eventually.

Think of it as arguing a long term investment.
