Should victims of terrorism be able to hold the government responsible for letting terrorist go with slap on the wrist when they go out and try the second time?

Family members of a woman killed in the San Bernardino attack are seeking $204 million in damages in three claims against the county.

The father, stepmother and sister of 27-year-old Sierra Clayborn filed claims of negligence and wrongful death against San Bernardino County on Thursday. They also accuse the county of fostering a hostile work environment and failing to provide a safe workplace.

The claims are a precursor to a lawsuit.

County spokesman David Wert said in a statement Friday that "the county will carefully consider each claim and act in the best interests of everyone involved."

Police are so scared of arresting Muslims and charging them as Terrorists. This all come form Obama and the politically correct. Let criminals go to have a second chance and sure enough they committed a second crime with a gun. So who is to blame for that?

There's 2 million muslims already in the USA and we've not had 2 million terrorist attacks.

Could it be that they're not all terrorists? And how would our prison system which currently holds 1.3 million people hold another 2 million?

Just to call police to arrest 2 million US Citizens is advocating conservaterrorism and yes that is a big problem and the media does not report on it.

Locals Didn’t Report San Bernardino Terrorists DUE TO POLITICAL CORRECTNESS

One report is from a man who was working nearby:

A man who has been working in the area said he noticed a half-dozen Middle Eastern men in the area in recent weeks, but decided not to report anything since he did not wish to racially profile those people.

“We sat around lunch thinking, ‘What were they doing around the neighborhood?’” he said. “We’d see them leave where they’re raiding the apartment.”

Another report came from a neighbor to the terrorists:

Shooter’s Neighbor Didn’t Report ‘Suspicious Activity’ For Fear Of Being Labeled Racist

Neighbors of San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook told ABC Wednesday that they noticed “suspicious activity” at Farook’s home recently, but did not report it for fear of being called racist.

One neighbor noted that police had been called to the Farook household in the past, “maybe for a domestic violence dispute.”

Additionally, Aaron Elswick — a neighbor of Farook’s mother in Redland — said that another neighbor told him “they had I guess been receiving packages — quite a few packages within a short amount of time, and they were actually doing a lot of work out in the garage.”

“She was kind of suspicious and wanted to report it,” Elswick explained, “but she said she didn’t want to profile.”

What do the bolded statements have to do with the San Bernardino murderers? If you had used the thugs who took up arms against their country at the Bundy standoff and went on to murder police officers in Las Vegas after the government let them walk away, you'd have a valid point.

Really, I'm sure this 29 year old homeless Hispanic guy (Gilbert Garcia) that killed the Sikh is a hard core conservative Republican...

The first time he went to trial, he was declared mentally incompetent. Like about half of homeless people, he is not fully sane.

But he was later declared competent and stood trial, receiving 13 years incarceration. Do you think that would have happened if he attacked some random non Muslim looking person?

A Columbia University professor was assaulted on Saturday night in what police say is being investigated as a hate crime.

According to a New York Police Department source, Dr. Prabhjot Singh, who is Sikh and wears a turban and a beard, was attacked at 8:15 p.m. while walking along 110th Street near Lenox Avenue in upper Manhattan. An unknown suspect or suspects shouted anti-Muslim statements, knocked the professor down and punched him numerous times in the face.

Dr. Singh joined HuffPost Live Monday morning to discuss Saturday's incident, telling hosts Marc Lamont Hill and Alyona Minkovski that he's "remarkably okay" following Saturday's attack. Dr. Singh said he saw an oral surgeon over the weekend to have his jaw wired, and recounted details of Saturday night's attack.

"I saw young men on bikes. I heard, 'Get him!' and 'Osama' and 'terrorist,' not all at the same time," he said. "I felt somebody grab my beard and hit my chin while on a bike. I started running in the direction away from where all the bikes were mobilizing, and then was punched while running. Eventually they surrounded me, and was hit to the ground with punches to the face and torso."

Dr. Singh is a practicing doctor in East Harlem as well as an assistant professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He and Simran Jeet Singh wrote about the importance of gathering more information on hate crimes against Sikhs in an op-ed in the New York Times last year:

I agree 100% about the difference in grades of this but like it or not.. people are actually jumping the gun and indiscriminately assaulting and murdering brown people for no reason other than they might be Muslim.
