REJOICE!!

I wonder if he'll end up playing in the CFL this year... :) That'd be pretty funny. We pay like $200,000 max salary up here.

will the Bengals try to pick him up?

their coach has said "i would rather get players with talent that i can mold into professionals, than professionals with no talent", although i would assume TO is way the hell out of moldable.

Yup, he'll be gobbled up by any team other than SF or Philly with enough cash. And when they sign him they'll say something like this...

"We spoke with Terrell very openly and honestly and we have his assurance that he is here to win and contribute to the team."

Absolutely. There will always be a team willing to roll the dice with TO, and unless that team wins the Superbowl that very season, the same cycle will start all over again. It's a shame that such a great talent is marred by these antics.

he might even be better than Randy Moss, but look, moss has been surprisingly quiet. i don't think moss was ever the cancer that TO is.

mb the trick is for Al Davis to get a hold of TO, al davis has a history with making malcontents winners.

and i don't even want to think about a team with both moss and TO at the WO positions. OMFG. yes, even kerry collins could look good.

Not a Raider fan but man that would be awesome.
but then again hitting the power ball would be cool to.

do you really think that they'll do anything besides what minimally required?

They might not like TO, but I doubt they like the idea of a team suspending a player the entire season due to a behavioral issue.

the bengals already have excess at the WR spot...no way they spend money on TO when they already have that spot covered...only if TO can play D-line then they might talk

You think even with the fight he started? I'm sure the Eagles have this whole fiasco well documented.

TO with his size and a bit more of a workout could probably play LineBacker / DE if he really put his mind to it.

physically, this guy may be one one of the most gifted athletes in the NFL.

Yeah but there's not enough glory there. TO simply cannot stand not being the center of attention.

something I heard on the sports radio this morning in Sacramento. The sports guys on 1140am are very serious about TO having some type of mental disability. Going back to what 6 or 7 years ago when TO broke down and openly SOBBED in the end zone after he caught the game winner in the NFC playoffs vs the Packers. Remember that one? One of the guys on the radio was saying that then 9ers coach Steve Mariucci had to literally slap TO back to his senses.

what would happen if it came out in the news that TO was like, maniac depressive or bi-polar or something? would you guys back off on him then?

just curious.

personally I think the guy is about as spoiled as all get out. BUT if he does suffer from some type of disorder...does he get a reprieve? I think he does..

Yea, I sure as hell hope not. Vick shouldn't (and wouldn't) have to deal with that ass of a receiver.

And I may be a Raiders fan, but T.O. and Moss together on that team would make it completely lopsided. But I guess it could work.

Too many pro sports players are Overpaid
over sized Egocentrics.

They should all take a Month off,and live in a "normal" life,
where you work 40 hours a week+ and just get by on the money.

Then lets see if they whine so much about $Million Plus for a season.

Crap I would love to get a $Million dollars for doing my JOB,for a year. :(

TO and Moss on the same team is a nightmare. They'll be fighting with each other the entire team who is the better and flashier reciever. For the NFL's sake, I hope it never happens.

Over payed my arse. The team owners make countless millions, so the players deserve their due since pro sports would be nothing without them. It's not like every pro acts like TO, in fact the jerks are in the minority.

Don't take it out on them just because you chose the wrong profession.:p

amazing but i find myself agreeing with Maudib.

compare salaries of NFL players vs that of NBA players. NBA players are wayyy over paid and so were NHL players before this last lockout. NFL players are probably underpaid when compared with the kind of revenues NFL teams generate vs what other sports leagues teams generate.

just because an NFL player get's paid more than you or i could ever dream of doesn't mean they are overpaid.

Eh, with Boller/Wright/Stewart throwing, this whole fiasco would've started the middle of last season. Hell, TO would rip Peyton if he could.
