Terminator Salvation

It's a movie tie-in game so it will likely be mediocre at absolute best. Hard to tell until some gameplay trailers appear and there's a demo. IIRC it has co-op, so that's always a plus.

If any movie tie-in game has a chance to be good this year, it is likely X-Men Origins: Wolverine, since the game was already in development before it became a movie tie-in.
