no Arnold = fail. They shouldn't even call it Terminator. Even if it's a kick ass movie they fucked up with the name. Personally I'd rather see the Robocop remake they're doing with Will Ferrell in it.

Arnold is in talks to be in T5. Of course it is not green lit yet, but Arnold has already seen it and interested in being in any future movies.

How long till his second term as governor is over?

I know, that is an issue .... but he said he's interested. source is imdb news in the T4 section.

2010

two points:

- this movie will be sweet
- this movie shouldn't be a terminator movie because if there's no arnold, there's no terminator. they could have cgi'ed him in a few spots or something, i mean c'mon.

he's 70 years old

Well, the writer could create a back-story about how T-800 got the face of Arnold.
They could say that Arnold was in the rebel force (or a scientist in the military or a teacher in an elementary school, or a governor of a state), got captured by the machines, and then turned into the Terminator.
They don't need a ripped Arnold to do those part. Heck, they can even say the machine captured "Arnold" the actor and use his familiar face as a disguise to fool human.

Arnold shouldn't even have been in the last one. He's clearly aged, which makes no sense at all given what he probably rolled off the assembly line a couple years after the first two terminators.

Look, seeing Arnold being body slammed into a urinal was mildly amusing but this whole series has just got goofier and goofier with each film. I'm hoping that finally going to the future like they should have with the second movie will break the trend.

did you just claim that T2 was goofy?

I said it was goofier then T1. Unless you think Robot Dad "I now undastand why you cry" is an extremely plausible scenario when involving a hastily reprogrammed killing machine.

And you CANNOT deny "Talk to da hand!" didn't up the score for the following movie.

The first Terminator is plenty goofy. Part of what makes them great is they are a little goofy. I mean, robots sent back in time, oh and of course they have to be naked?
