I [Skoorb] know the person who wrote this.

----

I would like to start with a quotation:

Women are the only oppressed group in our society that lives in intimate association with their opressors. ~Evelyn Cunningham

Terminator 4 salvation, the latest trans-gender racist man-olage from Joseph McGinty Nichol describes the post cultural evolution of a half human, half cybernetic organism named Marcus as it discovers its inner feelings, and ultimately explores its identity within a post nuclear earth, a simplistic analogy for a new born baby wallowing in the after birth. Marcus, although ostensibly male, can clearly be seen to exhibit the female side of a cybernetic organism as it empathisizes with John Connor, a terminally repressed image of phallic idolatry.

This repeated epithet is conjoined with the repeated symoblogy of the Terminator, a non-deist robotic life form that exposes the demonstrable racism within Western Culture. This is further proven when the ?Harvester? ? what surely must be a metaphor for Geia as it plucks a group of Mexican resistance fighters from their shack in the desert and thrusts them into an HK Transport ship for later processing; the zymology of male dominated intercourse, and the oppression of minorities is clearly abhorrently glorified in this sequence.

In establishing a ?poetics of knowledge?, based on an ?absence of final reason?, Chrsitan Bale posits a world understood primarily via ?common language and the common capacity to invent objects, stories and arguments?; This is clearly illustrated in the hydrobots that attempt to terminate both John Connor and Marcus; in a dichomotic irony, both heroes play the role of the ovaries, and the hydrobots semen; In a departure from the underying male dominated theme of the account the hydrobots are defeated.

Ultimately Terminator 4 Salvation is a macabre diatribe.

She needs a hug.

Also, I love how all these women call themselves "post feminists" or say they are living in a "post-feminism age" when they are clearly the neanderthals of their gender.

Seems like she is trying to sound sophisticated trying to break down a POS movie.

What's with all the overanalyzed symbolism? Phallic idolatry? She is seriously over thinking a mediocre summer blockbuster. She should get back in the kitchen and dissect the dichomotic irony of her making me a damn sandwich.

Tell her she's an idiot.

It's a fucking movie. Why waste time trying to make yourself sound so smart and intelligent over something so trivial?

Feminism. Great. Now if my significant other weren't already a scifi nerd, I'd probably get an earful if she ever saw it or read this.

All the talk of phallic symbolism, ovaries, and whatnot reeks of a "girl power" activist. Or perhaps somebody overly in touch with their feminine side. Either way, the whole thing is ridiculous.

Perfect example of reading into something WAY too much.

I'm sure I could write a lengthy review using the same language style explaining how the movie "Marley and Me" is an anti-female movie, too.

I just saw the movie a couple of hours ago and searched the forums for comments/opinions. I didn't feel like adding a comment in the main discussion thread but reading this part just had me stare at my computer screen in disbelief.

How the holy fuck does someone arrive at THAT load of crap from a scene like that?

I'll support feminism when they support the eradication of alimony. Until then, as bad as I'm sure this film is and have heard it is, I almost want to see it just to spite her.
