Well, i searched for it by the UPC number and found the form to print. It wants the rebate form and The Original Packing and Slip Store Receipt. I don't know what the original packing slip is since i bought it in the store. I guess i'll try doing the easyrebate site with that number, thanks phlashphire.
Edit: Well, i used the number on the easyrebate site, it located the correct rebate with no problem. I got to the last page where you enter your name and address, and press submit. Wait 2 minutes, then the page cannot be displayed. Did this twice. What a POS. I guess i won't be dealing with staples rebates in the future.
This is the first year they're using this -- there are bound to be kinks in the process. Learn to have a little patience.

I thought someone would say to have patience, and I understand that. However, i think a couple of things are beyond being patient. 1st, They asked for a "Rebate offer number" and provided a diagram of a reciept showing where this number was. Well, this area of the reciept is blank and i have to post on Anandtech to find out i should use the "Staples Promotion #". which is not printed on my reciept. Maybe that is obvious to some, but it isn't to me. Second, i can be patient while they take 2-3 days to fix their site, since this is the first time using it. However, now it is back up and "fixed", yet i try to submit and get a "page cannot be found". I don't think they should have put the site back up for me to fill out all of my information just so i can find out that they have not got it completly online. Last, I think it is a poor choice for them to leave the mailing address and contact info blank on my reciept. I know they want to encourage people to use their new online system, but if I still have the option of mailing it in (and given the online problems, i feel i have to) the required information should be printed on my reciept. I don't look at these things as something i should have to be patient with, I feel staples is making me jump through more hoops than a typical MIR. However, this is finals week for me, so my stress level is higher than usual, and I'm easily aggrivated right now. Thanks again for the info phlashphire, and maybe you're right Geoff, I should pick my battles and roll with the punches on this one.
