Yes, indeed. It requires both physical and mental aspecs, and it's a good workout.

You wish you had a chick fan...

I play tennis... It takes a lot of practice to get good.

I still haven't fully mastered the continental grip nor the semi-western grip. Serve is still sufficient, but no spin.

Its hard... my racket is a dunlop 200G midplus.

Then how come you haven't gone to wimbeldon eh?...
Yes, tennis is way cheaper than golf... Rackets are ranging from $20-$300, with $20-$60 strings...
Btw, what's your string tension? Mines 60 lbs.
I use a semi-western FH and a double handed eastern BH

Yeah 60 here, Although its still kinda arbitrary for me, havent found my tension groove
yet.

I have been breaking lots of strings tho and that crap aint cheap.

I was using GAMMA TNT somehting or other.

Now im using INFINITY POLY strings I think, i've put about 12 hours on them in one day last week at a tennis marathon and they are still holdin steady.

I used prince lightning multifilament 17G strings... Cause they were free lol... And yeah, also haven't found the right string tension either.

What sucks... is that my friend has the head flexpoint radical... and he's not good with it (n00b)... I wish I had one...

When you swing, it feels like you're getting a boost of energy... Its so much better... But that's pretty much why he can't control it lol.

Tennis owns. Started playing in high school and now am continuing with it through college competitively. Out of all sports I play competitively I think that and racquetball are on the top of my list with soccer and hockey. Eh I've tried golf, it's a great collective/social sport but if you play doubles, you can get enough socializing done I think.

I like to string my racquet at 65lbs since I use cheap babolat synthetic :D I Loved running a hybrid stringing (Babolat VS on the mains, Pro Hurricane on the cross) on my racquet, gave it ridiculous amounts of pop but since I had it strung at 65lbs the damn strings broke after 2 days of playing. I almost cried since it cost me nearly 40 bucks to get the strings and stringing.

It takes a lot of energy out of you to finish a 5 set match lol.
