My Mobo and CPU temps reach about 47C-50C under load, and i was wondering if this was too hot. Are these temps safe? Was gonna organize all the wires from my PSU, since they are all blocking airflow in the middle of the case :p

Those are fine for an Intel chip, an AMD could run a bit cooler, but not by much. I'm getting 45 °C under load myself.

Sorry, CPU is AMD 64 3500+

Idle, my CPU and Mobo are around 37c-40c, depending on ambient conditions.

What flavor? ClawHammer, Winchester or Venice? 130nm or 90nm (use CPU-Z for that)? Yeah, just rearrange your cabling a bit, and you should be fine... ;) Temps aren't that bad...

Those temps are not aweful though they are a little high for a A64. My AXP 500+ @ 2.2ghz idles at 44ish and loads at 54 and that is fine for that core. My Opteron 165 @ 2.52ghz idles at 32 and loads at 40 and that is more normal for that core so it totally depends on the CPU.

The 3500+ is a Venice. When i get home tonight, im just gonna clean up the cables, for they are really taking up too much room in my computer case.

My 3200+ Venice OC'd to 2.5 runs 26c idle and 46c load. Ambient temp 23c. What HSF do you have? You may want to look into either the Big Typhoon (I did not like), Zalman CNPS9500 or Arctic Cooler Freezer 64 PRO. These 3 have similar performance but at different price levels.
