temps on p5ad2 premium

so, I'm running SpeedFan 4.37 on my old p5ad2 premium, and the cpu temp is 52C, system is 35C, but there are 2 temps that are saying 124C. Is that possible?

When I go into settings it says it's LM75 on Intel SMbus...could these be the northbridge/southbridge?

Is there any other program I could use to confirm?
