Temps 28deg and 49deg - what's this mean?

My 1.33 Athlon OC'd to 1.46 runs at a constant 51C with the Mobo temp at 34C according to Asus's Probe util. 51C = 123F which I don't think is all that hot considering summers here in FL just about feel that hot and I don't "die". 🙂

I have a Koolance water cooled case (CPU, Video card, and Power Supply) and the case shows the temperature to be 95F, this reading is taken inside the heatsink so I'm not sure whether this is more or less acurate the the Asus util which measures under the CPU.
