like cool and quiet off/on and cpu fan control on/off etc

+ stock cooler came with with pre applied thermal paste so nothing can go wrong there and i checked the stock fan my self it and warning is on if my stock cooler dies ..

Did you set the rig by yourself or did someone else assemble it for you ? If you're uncomfortable with tinkering with the hardware I'd suggest to get the local vendor check this out for you, because if you do mess up it'll probably void the warranty, also look for the minimum idle temp say around midnight or even later if possible.

The temp in that earlier pic looked fine AFAIK but I'll wait for lower temp readings & try these programs later in the night for more info as to where the problem lies ~

yes i used latest version

it showed 22C when my cpu was actually 35 C

and i have an i5 too it also shows 43 C on stock cooler and reaches 80 C when i game :hmm:

but amd stock cooler has heat pipes too so that proves amd gets a little hotter lol but still both suck when it comes to heat issues :awe:

Well, your room temp is really quite warm, actually as warm as most places in the US get outside in the warmest part of the summer. I am not sure the cpus are really expected to operate at those temperatures. After all the stock coolers are built to be just "good enough" and to save money. I am a bit surprised that the i5 does not run a bit cooler than the FX though, unless it is an older model i5 before SB or ivy.
