Yeah, despite having watercooling, I still have temperatures woes.
I know I need to buy chipset blocks for my 680i b/c my NB is at 85-100C and my southbridge no longer cools very well (heatpiped to NB).
But I've been running F@H stable now for a day or so and my cores are at 50C. No problem. But my "CPU" temperatures as reported from the WinBond sensor is at 100C (as read by HWMonitor and Everest Ultimate). That is by the socket, but my temp probe on my socket is at 47C and the cores are at 50C. Why is "CPU" so high?
