Temperature to shoot for?

I plan on OC'ing a 1.8A when it comes in. What temperature would you consider a safe area to stay within? How high is too high? I plan on running this chip at least 2 years (well maybe a little less), so I don't want to run it too hot.
 
My own personal opinion is 120 degrees f. No more no less. Make sure the case temp is cool .
