I need some free software that monitors and displays your CPU temperature (main concern) and others.

Edit: Sorry...I lost my manners for a while....Thanks.

Which mobo do i select in the configuration screen?
My 775Dual-VSTA is not in the list.

In SpeedFan...Explain the following

Which Temp is for what component?
Temp1 (I think Core 1)
Temp2 (I think Core 2)
Local Temp (I think Case Temp)
Remote Temp (Have no clue really)
HD0 (I think Hard Drive)

Correct me where i'm wrong.
Confirm where i'm right.

Depends on the motherboard.

Go to the Info tab, click on Get config and follow the instructions to get a config specific to your motherboard.

From the SpeedFan site:

If you have a "Local" sensor and a "Remote" labeled one, this usually means that "Local" is the temperature of the monitor chip itself and "Remote" is the temperature read from a "remote" probe.

i saw that but...(don't call me stupid)....which one represents the general temperature inside the case?
