temperature "safety" limit

my system (2.4c on soyo865pe) has a idle or normal temp of:
Chassis: 30c
CPU: 45c

Playing games at:
Chassis: 30-35C
CPU: 45-47c

-does this sound reasonable?
-what is the highiest safety temperatire i can have the cpu up to? i am planning to do a 5:4 overclock. many thanks
-if possible, does anyone happen to know a good overclock ram timing with corsairs valueselect 256mb ddr400?

some generic case with 1 side fan, 1 exhaust, and 1 intake (all antec 2600rpm.)

basically, i just want to know if that temperature is "safe"
 
Yes they're very safe. No need to spend more to cool it. My 2.6C runs @ 43-45C idle, 70C full load.
