DFI does include ITE with the CD that's bundled. This will show fan speeds, temperatures and voltages.
By the way don't be surprised if your temps are high -- depending on what core you're running. I have the 64 3200+ Newcastle core (512k l2 cache) and my board reads at 53C. Yes, 53C at idle.
I was originally freaking out about this because I have a Zalman all copper cooler on the CPU. I installed the stock heatsync cooler and I was running at "74C" and stable. Yes that is 74 C according to the ITE software that's bundled with the DFI board. And yes it was stable! CS:S, iTunes and Prime95 on torture test all running happy as lambs, but I was supposedly at 74C and sometimes higher. OK this is a little off topic now but just wanted to let you know so you don't freak out like I do just in case. And if you didn't know AMD rates all processors to as high as 70C, which is really not where you want to be.
P.S. DFI has not released a BIOS fix for the temperatures as far as I know.
