Temperature for AMD AthlonXP 2100+ overclocked to a 2200+?

I have my 2100+ overclocked with cheepomans bios (k7s5a) to a 2200+. I am currently running right around 54 C. Is this too hot? I have a Thermaltake Volcano 9 cooler on it. Thanks!

I was thinking it was kind of high. If I crank up the speed of the fan to max, I can only drop it to 49 C. I will pull the heatsink off and re-apply the thermal paste.

Well , I cleaned all of the old paste off and re-applied new paste. Same story, same temperature. If I take the side off of my case, It will drop about another two degrees. So I guess the Volcano 9 just isn't that good? What other cpu cooler works good, and is quieter than the Volcano 9? This thing sounds like a jet when it is running full bore.
