epox mobo

35c mobo temp and 40c cpu temp.. Is that to much?

what you kidding? those temps are fine.
those processors are actually stated to be able to take temps as high as 90 celsius although personally I wouldn't want to test that one.
You don't say if thats at idle or under a load but I wouldn't even think about worrying till you got 50-55 celsius range and even that just makes me a lil uncomfortable.
