Not sure, but with a name like "temp" I wouldn't hesitate to delete it. 🙂

Are you using Windows ME? It might be a file associated with the System Restore function. Being a temp file, I believe it is regenerated every time you boot...........

Any chance you have Microsoft Works installed? This webpage (in .pdf form) shows that .tuw files are part of this software package. No more specific than that.

Thanks, liked that list of extensions. I have office installed so that must be it. I just never noticed the folder or extension before. I assume it was supposed to be deleted after Office was installed, which I recently did. Thanks again.
