Temp sensor not working?

Any program I try to run that measures temps from my motherboard, cpu, etc. It either crashes or doesn't work or show the info. I tried running MBM5 and it gives me an error saying driver is not found, and I ran SP2004, and it told me the same thing. When I run nVidia system utility, none of the info comes up.... What driver am I missing, what should I do to try to fix this?
